How this is calculated
We sort your bag's three sides from largest to smallest and compare them to each airline's published per-side and total-length limits. A bag Fits when every published limit is met, is Borderline when the total length is within limit but one side is over (or the size fits but the weight is over), and is Too big when it exceeds the total length or a side with no slack. Where an airline publishes no weight or no per-side limit, we skip that check rather than guessing — so a result can be Fits even if we couldn't verify every dimension.
Airline staff may measure differently at the gate, and rules change. Always confirm on the airline's own page before you fly — the date on each row is when we last checked.
